2 Day First Aid at Work Requalification Course

The two day requalification courses are available onsite at your premises throughout London

This course is designed to update and refresh the skills of employees who have a current first aid at work certification which is due for renewal.

The course involves practical exercises and plenty of practice to prepare candidates for their assessment of the last day of the course.

First Aiders whose current certificate has expired for more than 28 days will need to attend the full three day first aid at work course to keep their status.

Proof of current certification will be required prior to attending this course.

Candidates will receive the HSE approved First aid at work certificate upon successful completion of this course. The HSE Strongly recommends an annual refresher for this course.

Course Contents Include Scene Safety Initial Assessment First aid Kit Requirements Responsibilities of a First Aider including Record Keeping Treatment of an unconscious casualty, Recovery Position Heart attacks Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Shock Choking, Conscious and Unconscious Bleeding Burns and scalds Poisoning Fractures, strains and sprains Seizures, Fainting Asthma Severe allergic reaction Eye injuries Low blood sugar.  Course Duration 12 Hours  Certificate Valid for 3 Years (annual refresher recommended)
